What is debt settlement?
Debt settlement is a process where we negotiate full and final settlement amounts on your debts. If you’re already behind on your payments or your debts have been passed on to debt collectors, we should be able to help.
If you do have money available, perhaps from a friend or family member, we will negotiate hard with your creditors to reduce your debts. We often have offers of settlements of between 30% and 70% off our client’s debts.
