Credit Card and Bank Charges
The bad news is that claiming bank your bank charges is on hold until 2010. The good news is that this does NOT apply to credit card charges. If you have been charged by your credit card provider we will seek to get those charges refunded to you.
As soon as we are able to reclaim bank charges (pending the Office of Fair Trading test case), we will offer the same service.
We suggest that your register with us now for bank charges and credit card charges. We will seek to reclaim the credit card charges now. We will prepare all of the documentation ahead of the test case, so that as soon as we can reclaim bank charges, the documentation will be sent to your bank the same day.
