Can you really claim back any credit card charges now?
Yes we can. Bank charges are on hold until at least January 2010 and possible longer, but there is no wait for cases with credit card charges.
What about bank charges?
We are still waiting for the result of legal proceedings that the OFT have commenced. Nobody is able to get their bank charges refunded at the moment. As soon as the legal barriers have been overcome, we will work to get your bank charges back.
Should I still make a claim for bank charges now?
Yes you should. We can still get all the documents we need from your bank, and have your case fully prepared now. This way, as soon as the OFT win their case, we can make your claim immediately. We would say it’s vital to do this, as there is likely to be a lot of claims in the future and payouts may take quite some time. We will seek to get you ahead of the inevitable queue.
How far back can I claim charges back for?
We can go back a full 6 years. This is why it’s vital to get your claim in as soon as possible.
What are your fees for this service?
We charge 17.25% of all monies that we manage to recover.
