Reliable Collections are the in house debt collection agency of JD Williams, a large mail order company which offers home shopping brands to consumers making purchases online. Reliable Collections makes credit recoveries relating to consumer loans that have been acquired for purchase made through credit cards offered by JD Williams to its customers for shopping at their stores. Collections are made through the standard collection procedures that include doorstep recoveries carried out by field recovery agents. Also used are enforcement and litigation procedures for the recovery of debts that fail to be collected by the common collection processes.
