These collections generally relate to store credit cards that Selfridges provides its customers for purchase of consumer goods, like the buy now pay later schemes. Collections are made from consumers who fail to make payments or have defaulted the agreed payment structure. Creation Financial Services Limited makes collections through letters and telephone calls to the debtor, failing which enforcement and litigation procedures may be used to make recoveries.
